Q&L Challenge 3: Strong and/or Miss

The new words over at The Craft Barn for their Q&L challenge this time are Strong and Miss. I chose Strong for my word. My page ended up as nothing like what I had imagined, but I am very happy with it.
This page was another that I had previously added bits of paint & inks onto. My focal image & quote is from Queen of Your Own Life  Below you can see a close-up of it. 
I used all kinds of things on the page because I didn't really know how to achieve what I had initially envisioned. I used gesso, embossing pastes, (pearlescent generic types), stencils, masks, Neo colour 2s, pigment inks, stamping, peel offs, inktense pencils, rub-ons, dried flowers & a date stamp. I think that's all, haha.

    Once again Mo, I'm delighted to be able to view and comment on your lovely art. I love how you combined vintage with shimmery. You brought out everything but the kitchen sink from the sound of it. And of course, it shows, too. Those layers are so rich and so is that quote. Great job, dear.
