Q & L Fifth Challenge: Art & Road

The new words from The Craft Barn's's Quotes & Lyrics challenge are Art & Road. We are to use one or both words in our work and link them to a quote or a lyric.
I chose 'Road' as my word - 'The road to success is always under construction' - Lily Tomlin.

The daffodils were created with watercolour pencils using the very helpful tutorial from Lindsay, The Frugal Crafter's video.
I hope you will have a look at what other people have created for this challenge by using the links found here Q & L Challenge - Art & Road
Thank you for looking *hugs* Mo

QUOTES & LYRICS CHALLENGE ..... ROAD

The challenge is to find a quote or lyric with the word ROAD in it.

As you can see I have taken Willie Nelson's song

ON THE ROAD AGAIN

I have drawn a picture of my little VW Beetle and the song is very appropriate as my husband Philip always sings it to me when he is on his way home from working away.

He has put his own twist to it though, I wonder if you know what it is.  The clue is in the picture.

You can have a look here at what other people have made of the challenge
