Page a Day illustrated diary by Neo Hwee Ching

Just the ticket for these cold wintery days are looking at the pages of new Sketchbook Friend - Neo Hwee Ching and then using her recipes

Hwee does an illustrated diary page everyday.  Something I had to do for my HND course and thoroughly enjoyed.
Link across to Hwee name to see her other work.

Glad you joined our blog by the way Hwee.

  3. Thank you for featuring my page, Lynn! And to everyone for your kind words. Just to clarify: my name is actually Hwee Ching, Neo is my family name. Sorry this is quite confusing since in the East our family name comes before other names....

Other than the Flickr page where you can find me, you can also find me on my blog where I tend to be a little bit more chatty. :-)

  4. Hi Lynn,
I have just successfully uploaded my first two sketchbook/journal pages today. Sorry it has been so long. ( It's a good thing there is no time restraint.) I have been checking out everyones pages and they are looking amazing. My New Years resolution is to be more creative so I hope to be posting new pages regularly.

  5. I absolutely love this recipe journal! The pages are so beautifully decorated. It reminds me slightly of The Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady. (I bet if she'd been around today, she'd have joined Sketchbook Friends like a shot!!)

Thanks for your lovely comment, Lynn. I've finished the spoke guards now and they are installed on my wheelchair, and I'm very pleased indeed with the result. I am working on the video at the moment but once that's done, I shall be posting about the project. I'm glad to have got them finished in time for the craft show tomorrow - can't wait to go round with my art on display wherever I go lol!!

  6. Hi Lynn I have just posted my latest page on the flickr page but even though I have marked my photo's on my photostream so that they are on public view, They don't appear to show up on the Sketchbook page unless you sign in. Do you know why that is?

    2. Hi Lynn, I think I have got the answer to my problem. on the flickr site I read that someone was having the same problem and it said that after you have uploaded five photos to your photostream they will then be on public view so maybe that it is the reason. Thanks for your lovely comments on my pages.
